Return Policy

Return Window. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items. Gift cards, clearance or final-sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return. Contact us through the contact page on our website with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval.

Return Shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
